Wall Clock Repairs

Illinois Time Recorder has been repairing system wall clocks for over 40 years!  We repair all major brands of school wall clocks and stock a large quantity of repair parts to make sure your repair is completed and returned in a timely manner.  We can also provide replacement wall clocks for those instances where a clock has been taken down and lost, or is damaged beyond economical repair.

Our specially-trained technicians are skilled in the repair of sync-wire, impulse, and electronic carrier-current system clocks.  We utilize a dedicated clock repair bench with specialized equipment necessary to repair these clocks.  Once repaired, each clock is placed into our testing area where it is connected to a master clock and put through several correction cycles to ensure the clock remains on time.  Only after successfully completing this testing is the clock returned to the customer.

All repaired wall clocks carry a one year warranty.  If a repaired clock should fail to keep time, we will service it free of charge for one year from the date of the original repair.  We track our repairs and keep a service log by putting a small serial number on each clock we receive for repair.

We offer a repair discount to customers who have preventative maintenance agreements.  All PMA customers receive a $10.00 discount per clock on all billable clock repairs, in addition to free pickup and delivery of clocks.  We would be happy to provide you with a quotation for a preventative maintenance agreement for your clock/intercom system.  Click here to request a PMA quote
